Description

The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation invites quotes for the procurement of two GeoExplorer III mapping systems to be delivered to the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, Mid-Pacific Region, 2800 Cottage Way, Room E-1815, Sacramento, California 95825-1898 per the following specifications: 2 ea. GeoExplorer III Mapping System - (Part #39100-00-ENG) to include hardcopy operator's user manual - (Part #396228-00-ENG), Geo3 external antenna kit w/o ground plane - Part #40767-05), power kit (to include rechargeable camcorder battery, vehicle light adapter, and soft shoulder pack) - (Part #39001-00), docking cradle and charger, cables, soft pouch, hard carrying case and Pathfinder Office software Version 2.8. 2 ea. 1-year extended hardware warranty for Geoexplorer III mapping system 1 ea. Beacon-on-a-belt and Data Maintenance - (Part #38600-00-ENG) Will accept either new or used GeoExplorer II units. The Government will evaluate offers based on price and technical acceptance to determine best value. Terms for delivery are FOB Destination, no later than 10 calendar days from receipt of order. No solicitation is available, however, interested firms may fax their quotes to the following fax number (916) 978-5182, Attention: Benjamin C.K. Weston. Quotes should be received no later than (NLT) 4:30 pm on July 11, 2003.
