Description

NA This Modification #1 to correct the number of contracts to be awarded from one or two (2) to read: TWO (2). Remove the following language: It is the governments preference to award two contracts. However, if there does not appear to be a significant amount of work available to be done under the contract at the time of award, only one contract may be awarded. If two contracts are awarded, one will have a unique statement of work supporting the North Oil Company and the other will have a unique statement of work supporting the South Oil Company. Replace with: The preferable contracting strategy for this project is the use of two ID/IQ contracts, one having a unique statement of work supporting the North Oil Company and the other having a unique statement of work supporting the South Oil Company. The government's preference is that two contracts will be awarded to different contractors; one for the North and one for the South. Correct the estimated issue date from: 8 JULY 2003 to 7 JULY 2003. Correct the proposals due date from: 14 AUGUST 2003 to 7 AUGUST 2003.
