Description

The Naval Construction Battalion Center is soliciting quotations to provide labor and materials to repair damage and paint eight (8) 20 ft containers. The Request for Quotation will be issued on or about July 10 2003 to all potential offerors responding to this announcement. This solicitation is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). This acquisition is 100% Small Business Set Aside. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 811121, small business size standard is $5.0. A site visit will be held on or about July 17 at the Naval Construction Battalion Center, Gulfport, MS. The successful contractor will be responsible for the pick-up and return of the equipment to Gulfport, MS. All repairs must be completed within 120 days after pick-up of the equipment. Requests for this solicitation must be in writing, facsimile requests will be accepted at 228-871-3212/2691. Telephone requests will not be accepted. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered.
