Description: The purpose of this project is to provide instruction for a Dispensing Optician Vocational Program at the Jacobs Creek Job Corps Center, located in Sullivan County, Bristol Tennessee. Instruction shall be provided eight hours a day five days a week. The contract will be awarded for a base year 7/1/2003-6/30/2004 with the possibility of extending the contract using 4 option years.
