Description

Z--Request for Proposals 101813R032, Best Value award (past performance/experience/price as a secondary issue). The RFP is electronically housed at www.ideasec.nbc.gov. There is a 317 page specification for downloading. Only the drawings will be available by hard copy. Send a fax request to Sandy Stevens, FWS, (503) 231-6259. Again, only the drawings can be ordered and mailed to you. All other documents must be downloaded to your printer. This construction project is estimated between $250,000 and $500,000. Bid bonds must be sent hard copy with your proposal, resume, costs etc. (See Section L& M) and any subsequent awardee will need to provide performance and payment bonds within 15 days of award.
