PRON: AX361123AX, NSN: 4320-01-118-4428, PN: 145HS140-10. Quantity: 75 each minimum and 875 each maximum 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement, applicable to the CH-47 Air craft with deliveries to Texarkana, TX 75507-500 and New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. Production Lead-time without First Article Testing is 15 each, 300 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and 15 per month thereafter. This item is restricted to The Boeing Co mpany, Cage Code 77272 and Eaton Aerospace LLC Vickers Fluid Power Inc., Cage Code 62983, because this part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DOD-STD- 100. Firms that can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitation by accessing the website ww.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation wil l not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must mee t prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (Title 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (Title 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470.
