Wolfe Ave., Bldg. 2800, Edwards AFB, CA 93524 SUBJECT: GMM SYNC 8Z/CCP REF NO.: F4LMCA31400300 DUE: 1 JULY 03 POC Cheryl Avon, 661-275-9631 (fax) DESC: The Air Force Flight Test Center (AFFTC), Edwards AFB intends to solicit and award a sole source, Firm-Fixed Price contract, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, toGMM RESEARCH CORPORATION, of Yorba Linda, California, for Sync8z/CCP. This acquisition is unrestricted. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 7035. The NAICS code is 334119. This procurement is for support of the 412 TW/LMCA computer storage system The following items will be procured: GMM Reseach Corporation. Part # GMM00017-8001, SYNC 8Z/CCP Qty: 14; Part # GMM 00011-A001 GMM 8 Port Cable (7.5FT), Qty 14; Part # GMM00017-8001 SYNC 8Z/CCP Qty: 20; Part # GMM 00011-A001 GMM 8 Port Cable (7.5FT), Qty: 20 Contractors interested in this requirement should submit a complete technical package, which provides clear and convincing evidence that they can meet the Government?s requirement. In addition, the response should include Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items in accordance to FAR 52.212-3. If the offeror does not have a copy of this provision, go to www.arnet.gov to get a copy or contact the contract specialist by email to receive a copy. Any responses received without 52.212-3 will be considered non-compliant. Further, the response should include any special requirements for a commercial contract (i.e., Commercial Financing, Warranty Provisions, Delivery Information, etc.) in accordance with FAR Part 12. Anticipated Award date is 2 July 03. Responses must be received no later than (NLT) 4:00 p.m., Pacific Standard Time, 1 JULY 03. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all responses received within 7 days of the publication of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Facsimile responses are acceptable and must be received on or before the closing date. Telephone requests to be placed on a mailing list will not be honored.
