Description

As announced on June 23, 2003, this acquisition is being conducted in accordance with the Revised OMB Circular A-76, dated May 29, 2003 pursuant to the Brooks Act. The most qualified firm as determined by the ranking of the A&E Evaluation Board will be asked to provide a cost proposal based on the performance of these functions. If you are interested in competing for this requirement, please indicate your interest by sending an email to Lorna Lincoln at lorna.lincoln@az.usda.gov, or by fax at 602-280-8805 NO LATER THAN JULY 7, 2003. All responses from prospective offerors must provide a return email address, mailing address, telephone number, and fax number. In addition, please specify the following: (1) Is your business large or small? (2) If small, does your firm qualify as a small, emergent business, a small disadvantaged business, a veteran-owned small business, or a service-disabled veteran-owned business? (3) If disadvantaged business, specify under which disadvantaged group, and whether your firm is certified under Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act. (4) Is your firm a certified HUBZone small business? (5) Is your firm a woman-owned business? The formal notice requesting interested parties to submit their SF-254s and SF255s will be posted on or about July 8, 2003 at http://www.fedbizopps.gov.
