- The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intents to negotiate on a SOLE SOURCE basis with Southern California Microwave, Spring Valley, CA for the purchase of 55 Microwave Video Receivers and 40 Microwave Video Repeaters. This is not a request for proposals. Southern California Microwave is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required equipment. A Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition is on file. No solicitation documents are available and requests for such will not be acknowledged. See Note 22.
