Description

REPLACE ENTRANCE DOORS AND HARDWARE, MINNESOTA VALLEY NATIONAL WILDLIFE REFUGE, BLOOMINGTON, MINNESOTA. Work consists of, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, materials, superintendence, and transportation necessary to replace five pairs of aluminum framed double doors, providing all new door hardware, providing new ADA compliant automatic door operators, and all appurtenant work specified. This procurement is part of the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is NOT set-aside exclusively for small business concerns. The North American Industrial Classification Systems Code (NAICS) is 233320, with a Small Business Size Standard of $28.5 Million. The estimated magnitude of construction in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Solicitation packages will be available approximately July 9, 2003, with bid opening occurring on or about August 8, 2003.
