Description: NA The Garrison Commander, Fort Meade, Maryland announced on 19 June 2003 its tentative decision to retain in-house the Pest Control Services function. This decision is the result of a competitive process conducted in accordance with Office of Management and Budget Circular A-76. The final analysis indicated that the Government did not receive any acceptable private-sector offer to compete against the MEO. There was no cost comparison and the tentative decision in the Pest Control Services study is to implemen t the MEO.
