- Contractor to provide all labor, equipment and materials needed to provide and install emergency police vehicle equipment on approximately 30 new Federal Protective Vehicles. Government will provide 16 emergency equipment packages (i.e. lights, sirens, radios, etc.) that are currently installed on existing vehicles. These packages will be installed on 16 of the 30 new vehicles. Award will be based on price and non-price factors. Non-price factors include past performance/quality and the location of contractor's facility from either the Portland, OR FPS office or the FPS Regional Headquarters in Auburn, WA.
