This amendment is posted to notify all potential offeror's that (1) a site visit may be scheduled thruogh July 22, 2003 by contacting the Contract Specialist on the numbers listed below and (2) to extend the closing date for receipt of proposals from July 11, 2003 to August 1, 2003 at 2:00 p.m. EST.
