Description: The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a firm-fixed priced Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract for up to 57 each of USQ-113(V)3 Radio Counter Measure Sets and associated spares. This procurement is the final buy-out of these units and delivered to destinations to be specifically identified in the delivery orders. The Navy intends to issue a contract on a sole source basis to BAE Systems of Nashua, NH. This synopsis is for informational purposes and is not a request for proposals. See numbered note 22.
