Description

NA The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command proposes to acquire on an other than full and open competitive basis Life Cycle Contractor Support for the Fire Control Radar. The government intends to utilize a Firm Fixed Priced to contract. This is a sole so urce requirement to Longbow Limited Liability Company (LBLLC), 5600 Sand Lake Road, MP-918, Orlando, FL. Only LBLLC possesses the technical expertise and experience necessary to execute this requirement. Under the Authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one source or a limited number of responsible sources are able to satisfy agency requirements. No solicitation will be issued. Interested parties should identify themselves in writing to the Contracting Officer. All responsible sources may submit a prop osal, which shall be considered by this agency.
