Description: The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) requires for fire investigator training 50 copies of The Principles of Fire Protection Chemistry and Physics (3rd or newest edition), 100 copies of SFPE Fire Protection Engineering (3rd or newest edition), and 100 copies of Fire Protection Handbook (19th or newest edition). ATF intends to award a purchase order on a sole source basis under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 13.106-1(b) to the National Fire Protection Association, Avon, MA for these publications. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation document is available.
