Description

Anticipate a FFP Indefinite Quantity contract, RFP, other than full and open competition, commercial items for Lubricating Oil Gear, unit package CN, I/A/W MIL-PRF-2105, critical application item for quantity of 2149 CN for DLA stock location SRG, Richmond, VA depots (429 CN), AQ5, Stockton, CA (430 CN) and 1290 CN DVD. MSDS and hazard warning labels are required. COS is coded Y therefore the solicitation is IAW Far Part 12. RFP will result in 2149 DR estimated for base year and will include four (4) option years to the stock locations and DVD for NSN 9150-01-035-5395. NSN 9150-01-035-5396 estimated quantity is 148 DR delivered to AQ5 Tracy, CA (30 DR), SRG Richmond, VA depot (29 DR) and DVD (89 DR). Both NSNs have inspection and acceptance origin, QAP 010. The solicitation will contain EPA provision and does not contain progress payments, quantity variance plus 5% minus 5%, delivery is 45 days for 1st delivery, 30 days for DLA stock shipments thereafter DVD orders delivery schedules will be 3 days for routine orders and 1 day for high priority orders. No surge requirements. A paper copy of this solicitation will be available to requestors by contacting the hotline (804 279-3350) for SP0450-03-R-3099, and will be posted to the gateway so offerors can obtain on the progate link http://progate.daps.mil.home after the solicitation issue date of July 10, 2003.
