- Description
- The Department of Defense Dependents Schools (DoDDS) Europe Procurement Office anticipates soliciting and awarding a Firm-Fixed Price Requirements type contract for early childhood teaching materials for elementary school children in Europe. We are seeking competitive quotes for brand name or equal items or the salient characteristics of the items that will be listed on the request for quote that should be submitted tomorrow. The items listed come from two companies' catalogs. The two companies which presently provide the items are Lakeshore Learning Materials and Childcraft Education Inc., some of which are on their GSA Schedules. There respective GSA contract numbers are Lakeshore contract #GS-07F-0212J and Childcraft contract #GS-07F-9069G. The procurement will be conducted on an unrestricted basis under full and open competition. Award will be made to the offeror whose product is brand name or equal or has the salient characteristics of the items found on both manufacturers catalogs and whose price is the low offer. More than one award is anticipated.
