Description

The Naval Air Systems Command, will host an Industry Day forum on Wednesday, 9 July 2003, to provide interested parties with additional information and solicit feedback on the upcoming 1.0 Program Management support services requirements. Questions that are received by COB 1 July 2003 will be addressed at Industry Day. All other questions received prior to release of the formal solicitation will be addressed and posted to the NAVAIR web page under solicitation N00421-03-R-0090. After formal solicitation has been issued any questions received will be addressed in an amendment. This forum will be held at the Southern Maryland Higher Education Center, 44219 Airport Road, California, MD 20619, Building Two, The Center Hall. Sign-in will begin at 0800 am and presentations will commence promptly at 0900. The forum will conclude no later than 1130. All interested attendees must pre-register by faxing or e-mailing Ms. Krista Hayden at e-mail haydenkk@navair.navy.mil not later than noon Monday, 7 July 2003. Registering parties must include the attending individual's name, citizenship, company, mailing address, phone, and e-mail address. Only individuals that pre-register are guaranteed seating. For those individuals unable to attend the forum, the presented materials will be available on the NAVAIR 2.0 website, www.contracts.navair.navy.mil/doing_business/open_solicitations. Any questions concerning this forum may be addressed to Ms. Krista Hayden at the above cited e-mail address. Telephone requests will not be accepted. There is no cost for attending this Industry Day. Participation in Industry Day is voluntary. The Government will not reimburse the attendees for any costs associated with its participation and is under no obligation to award any related contract associated with this event. Recording devices are prohibited at conference. Information provided during this conference will not qualify the terms and conditions of any resulting Request for Proposals (RFP). The definitive treatment of any problems and/or questions will be handled in the formal RFP. A copy of the draft solicitation N00421-03-R-0090 is posted at www.contracts.navair.navy.mil/doing_business/open_solicitations for review, comments and questions. Copies of the solicitation will not be available at Industry Day.
