THIS PROJECT IS ADVERTISED ON AN UNRESTRICTED BASIS PURSUANT TO THE SMALL BUSINESS COMPETITIVENESS DEMONSTRATION PROGRAM . THIS PROJECT IS A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP), PERFORMANCE PRICE TRADE OFF (PPTO) SOL ICITATION. In general, the work shall consist of the following: CONSTRUCT AIRFIELD PARKING APRON FOR 30 UH-60 HELICOPTERS. DEMOLITION AND ELECTRICAL WORK IS ALSO REQUIRED. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this project is 236990. Bid documents should be available on or about 11 July 2003. Estimated cost of the project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Contracting Officer for this project is Mr. Gene Curtis. Note No. 1: Any prospective bidder interested in bidding on this solicitation must register for plans and specifications in order to download a copy of the solicitation and be placed on the plan holder's list.
