Description

NA Construct a new rubblemound breakwater east of the existing harbor, demolish a portion of the existing east and south rubblemound breakwaters, construct a new south rubblemound breakwater head. Dredge, excavate and dispose of material for a new entrance ch annel and mooring areas. Place dredged material in 2 inter-tidal, 1 sub-tidal and 1 deep-water disposal areas within the immediate vicinity. Construct the existing entrance channel closure. Construct various rock layers to provide slope protection for dred ged cut slopes and disposal areas. Construct other miscellaneous items of work. A contractor??????s staging area will be provided at the harbor site.
