- NA This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are be ing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The 106th Rescue Wing, of the New York Air National Guard, F.S. Gabreski Airport, Westhampton Beach, NY is in need of reversible GORE-TEX Woodland to Desert Jackets. Minimum specifications incl ude: 2-layer woodland GORE-TEX lightweight and breathable all-weather protection, tri-color desert liner made of water-resistant taslite nylon, camouflage and color reversible to blend into military or tactical environment, YKK zipper closure, snap-close double storm flap with rank tab, adjustable cuffs, tie-down hood strap to conceal opposite camouflage, drawstring cobra-style hood. Quantity and size: 25 small, 50 mediums, 85 large and 90 extra large. Delivery is FOB destination and is to be delivered to the 106th RQW, Westhampton Beach, New York, within 30 days after award. This solicitation number DAHA30-03-T-0020 is being issued as a request for Proposal and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2001-14, 22 May 2003. The NAICS for this requirement is 448110, Size Standard is 7.8 Mil. Award shall be based on the lowest price and technically acceptable proposal.
