Description

Renovate laundry rooms on all floors, including followings: Architectural work: Remove countertops and shelves. Replace existing ceramic wall tiles with new. Repaint exist mortar wall. Demolish assumed asbestos ceiling panels. Install new ceiling system. Replace existing door with wider door. Mechanical work: Remove existing exhaust duct for dryers and piping for washers and install new duct and piping. Remove existing service sink with piping and faucet. Electrical work: Replace existing lighting system and fire detector with new. Remove existing receptacles. Install new electrical power system, including transformer station and panelboards. NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFEROR MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN.
