Description
Noun: Digital Data Analyzer, NSN: 6625-01-506-8122RH, Qty: 22 Each. This equipment shall be portable with the following physical characteristics: Weight: The total weight of the equipment, excluding accessories and manuals, shall not exceed a one-person lift of 37 pounds (or 16.8 kilograms). If the depth of the equipment is greater than 24 inches the maximum allowable weight shall be reduced by 33 percent. If the depth of the equipment is greater than 36 inches the maximum allowable weight shall be reduced by 50 percent. If the depth of the equipment is greater than 48 inches the maximum allowable weight shall be reduced by 66 percent. Overall Width: The width and depth of the equipment shall be compatible with mounting in an ANSI/EIA-310-D standard equipment rack. Overall Height: The height shall be compatible with six standard height units, 6U when installed with the rack-mount option. One unit or "U" is defined by ANSI/EIA-310-D to be 1.75 inches or 44.45 mm. Functional Description: The analyzer is a multifunction test instrument capable of performing a comprehensive set of measurements to evaluate the protocol-insensitive characteristics of digital communication systems. Reference Data & Literature: The analyzer shall be delivered with operator, maintenance, and illustrated parts manuals. Format and quantity shall be as specified in the contract or order. Level of maintenance philosophy as defined in MIL-PRF-28800, shall be as specified in the contact or order. Applicable Numbered Notes: NONE.
