- Description
- Title: U.S. Government Seeks Lease Space in Amarillo, TX. Project No. 3TX0234 Description: General Services Administration is interested in leasing office space in the range of approximately 8,165 Net Rentable Square Feet, which will produce approximately 7,100 Usable Square Feet. Twenty nine (29) parking spaces are required on site. Two (2) of the twenty nine (29) spaces are required to be secured and reserved. The remainder can be open surfaces parking with at least (3) visitors parking and handicap space or a ratio of 1 parking space for every 300 rentable square foot leased by the Government. No build-to-suits or sub-leases. Unique Requirements: 1. The space must be available to the tenant 24 hours, 7 days a week. 2. The space must be contiguous  not separated by a public corridor  on the third floor or higher  and have telecommunication T-1 capability. This E-posting is in pursuant to Executive Order 13006, Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act & Public Buildings Cooperative Use Act of 1976. Area of Consideration: The subject space is required in or within the following delineated area; Within 4 city blocks of the J. Marvin Jones Federal Building in Amarillo, Texas Term: The lease term is for 10 years, 5 years firm term..
