Description

NA The Alpena Combat Readiness Training Center, Alpena Mi is reviewing potential sources for the establihment of a 5 year Blanket Purchase Aggreement (BPA) for the ordering and delivering of subsistence items at our base. The vendor must be able to meet the minimum requirements: The contractor will be required to provide multiple deliveries weekly within 2 business days after order and will be required to provide a method to the customer to purchase small items locally that may have been missed during orderi ng that are the same or as close to the same unit of issue or size as available from the order contractor. The contractor shall be able to provide a single ordering site offering a full line of food stuffs to include: meat, poulty, fish, vegetables, dairy, dry goods, baking supplies, condiments, spices, fresh fruits and vegetables and any other food item required to meet the needs of a functioning military dinning facility. The contractor shall provide a computer based ordering web site and a computer base d inventory system, a 24 hour cancellation or change to orders without penalty. The contractor will also provide and service all drink dispensers as needed. The contractor must accept payment by a government purchase card, (VISA).
