- Description
- Negotiations will be conducted with the University of Washington, Department of Laboratory Medicine, Immunology Division and CDC, National Center for Health Statistics to provide the laboratory testing for Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA) for the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey 2001+ (NHANES?01) male participants. There is an on-going contract for this laboratory to provide laboratory data for four other analyses. The laboratory already has specimen receipt and data transmission computer programs in place and has been successfully transmitting data for the survey since 1999. This laboratory is recognized as an expert in the field of PSA testing and performs the protocol that has been requested routinely. This notice is for informational purposes only.
