Description: The USDA Agriculture Research Service (ARS) requires all labor, supervision, tools, and materials be provided to construct an (+/-) 800 sq.ft. masonry/steel storage and rest room addition with Bid Option #1 to modify the front building entrance and existing restrooms to improve accessibility for ADA for its Appalachian Farming Systems Research Center, Beaver WV. ECC is between $250,000 and $500,000. The project must be completed within 180 days after receipt of notice to proceed.
