Includes drainage structure installation and construction, turn-out and road improvements, surfacing, and trailhead improvements. ***The entire solicitation package will be posted on the FEDBIZOPPS website for downloading. Bids can be submitted directly from the information porvided on that website. It is anticipated that the entire solicitation pakage will be posted on approximately 23 April 2003*** NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (15-APR-2003).
