Description
This is a synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation number M00681-03-T-0182 is attached. All responsible may submit a quotation for consideration. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 337127 and the business standard is 500 employees. The items will be located at Marine Corps Recruit Depot, 4402 Belleau Avenue, San Diego 92140. This requirement is for a firm fixed price on the following items: CLIN 0001 (2 each) Cabinet, Folio, Orchestra, 100 Slot w/Maple Doors, Wenger Model 146H621 with 146H692 or equal; CLIN 0002 (15 each) Music Library System, 7 Shelf unit, with end covers, Wenger Model 173C701; CLIN 0003 (1 each) Cabinet, Instrument, Storage, w/Maple doors, Wenger Model #3 or equal; CLIN 0004 (2 each) Cabinet, Instru ment, Storage, w/Maple Doors, Wenger Model #4 or equal; CLIN 0005 (2 each) Cabinet, Instrument, Storage, w/Maple Doors, Wenger Model #7 or equal; CLIN 0006 (1 each) Cabinet, Instrument, Storage, w/Maple Doors, Wenger Model #10 or equal; CLIN 0007 (1 each) Cabinet, Instrument, Storage, w/Maple Doors, Wenger Model #12 or equal; CLIN 0008 (1 each) Cabinet, Instrument, Storage, w/Maple Doors, Wenger Model #14, or equal; CLIN 0009 (2 each) Cabinet, Instrument, Storage, w/Maple Doors, Wenger Model 15 or equal; CLIN 0010 Delivery and Setup of Cabinets and Library System. Any contract award as a result of this solicitation will be a DO rated certified for national defense use under the Defense Priorities and Allocation System. Quotes must be received no later than 4:00 P.M. Pacific Standard Time 18 June 2003. Quotes sent via the U.S. Postal Service should be mailed to Regional Cont racting Office Southwest, PO Box 1609, Oceanside, CA 92051-1609. Quote sent via Federal Express or hand carried must be delivered to Regional Contracting Office Southwest, Bldg 22180, MCB, Camp Pendleton, CA 92055 during weekdays, excluding federal holidays, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Quotes may be submitted via facsimile to Attn: Judy Vinzant at (760) 725-8445/4346. The facsimile transmission must be clearly identified this notice and the name of the contracting officer on the first page. Submitters bear the burden of ensuring that the quotes reached the designated contracting office on time and should allow a reasonable time for facsimile transmissions to be completed. All pages of the transmission must reach the office before the deadline specified and pages of a facsimile transmission that arrive in he office after the specified deadline will not be considered. The submitter bears the risk of non-receipt of facsimile transmission and should confirm by telephone that any facsimile was received. This purchase will be under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized under FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is 23 Jun 03.
