The Contractor must also have entered into the Military Bus Agreement with MTMC. Information regarding applying for this certification is on MTMC web site WWW.MTMC.Army.Mil. The Contractor shall also carry the appropriate motor vehicle accident liability insurance as required by applicable state laws.
