Description

Project No. ZNRE 02-1083, Renovate Command Post, at Bldg 315, Yokota Air Base. Architectural work includes renovating/replacing existing office/operations area that is sectionalized by glass window partition and prefabricated walls. Additionally, this project includes raised floor and cypherlocked doors as well as asbestos abatement and disposal work. Mechanical work includes relocating/modifying existing air conditioning and ventilation system and sprinkler system. Electrical work includes relocating, modifying, and adding lighting, power, communication, LAN, CCTV outlets, fire alarm and intrusion alarm systems and grounding system. NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFEROR MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. Site Orientation is scheduled for 27 Jun 03, 1300 hrs, Bldg 620, Yokota Air Base, Japan. Please notify the Contracting Office if you wish to participate in the Site Orientation. All offerors are encouraged to participate in this scheduled tour.
