Description

1. Contractor will furnish all plant, labor, equipment, tools, transportation, personnel and supervision necessary to treat for termites, carpenter ants, and other wood boring insects in the Military Housing areas and associated buildings at Andrews AFB, Maryland. 1.1 Contractor shall treat the premise described for subterranean termites and/or other insect infestation by applying appropriate insecticides to those areas as it deems necessary to protect the structures from further infestations by subterranean termites or other wood boring insects. 1.2 The contractor shall render treatments in the most effective and least invasive manner possible. If drilling through floors, walls, or foundations is required approval must be obtained from the QAP. 2. Contractor?s treatment shall include a Guarantee of Protection. 3. Contractor shall dispose of any and all materials and debris in an authorized trash container and ensure the site is in a safe and clean condition upon job completion. 4. Hours of operation: 0900hrs-1600hrs Monday through Friday. 5. Performance Period: To be completed five days after notification.
