Description

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) has a requirement for RoboHelp maintenance upgrades and RoboHelp Enterprise Authors license agreements. ATF intends to issue a purchase order to eHelp Corporation of San Diego, California for such requirements under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a Single Source. The RoboHelp software, and licenses are proprietary to eHelp Corporation. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation document is available. A determination not to compete this purchase order is solely within the discretion of the Government.
