- The Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) is planning a Direct Conversion of Soil Mapping services at the NRCS offices located throughout the State of New Mexico. These services are currently provided by Government personnel. Offerors are advised that a contract may not be awarded if the cost of contract performance is determined to be greater than the cost of in-house performance by Government personnel. A solicitation will be released on approximately April 21, 2003. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (14-MAR-2003).
