Description

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to negotiate a non-competitive purchase order with Uptronix, Inc, 505 Industrial Drive, Woodstock, GA 30189, for the purchase and installation of a 30 KVA Phase Liebert NPower UPS Module. Contractor will be responsible for the de-installation and removal of the current UPS system located at the IRS, at 320 Federal Place in Greensboro, NC. The system in use is being maintained by Uptronix, and must be de-installed by Uptronix. Any related electrical work will be provided by the contractor and will be done simultaneously with the installation of the new UPS system... This notice of intent is not a request for quotes. Written responses to this synopsis should be received within 10 days of this announcement and will be considered by the Government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
