Description

The U.S. Geological Survey has a requirement for Gas Adsorption Accelerated Surface Area Analyzer and Porosimetry System. The surface area analyzer will need to be able to be made compatible with analytical instrumentation that is currently property of the projects and laboratories, so that surface reaction experiments can be done directly on measured surfaces. The basic system must be capable of high vacumm analysis (10-mm Hg transducer) contain a variety of data reduction methods and be readily upgradable to perform micropore, chemical adsorption, and hydrocarbon analyses. THIS ACQUISITION WILL BE MADE UNDER THE SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION THRESHOLD OF $100,000.00 and solicited by written request for Quotation No. 03ERQQ0056. The SIC code is 3823 and NAICS code is 334513. Quotes are due at 2:00 p.m. on 10 JUN 03. AWARD IS ANTICIPATED TO BE MADE BY 10 JUN 03.
