Description

The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) is soliciting proposals for Program Support Services. The NAICS code is 561990. The size standard is $6.0 million. This requirement includes Educational Aides support, warehouse and publication support, class registration and student warehouse support. The Contractor must review the Procedures Manual in order to understand the full extent of this project. The contract will be as follows: The base period is September 1, 2003 thru September 30, 2003 for the phase in. 1st Option ? October 1, 2003-September 30, 2004; 2nd Option ? October 1, 2004-September 30, 2005; 3rd Option ? October 1, 2005-September 30, 2006; 4th Option ? October 1, 2006-September 30, 2007; 5th Option ? October 1, 2007-August 31, 2008 for a total of 60 months. The solicitation will be available on or about June 16, 2003 via the Electronic Posting System (EPS) internet site: www.eps.gov. Interested parties are responsible for downloading the documents from the web page. No hard copies will be available for mailing. Proposals are due to FLETC no later than 4:00 p.m. local time on July 16, 2003. A Site Visit will be held June 25, 2003 at 9:00 a.m. This Site Visit is not mandatory but is highly recommended.
