Description

The Social Security Administration, (SSA), intends to negotiate solely with NextiraOne Federal, for the upgrade of the hardware and software for the Call Center Management Information Sytem, (CCMIS), at the Social Security Administration Headquarters, 6201 Security Blvd., Baltimore, Maryland under the authority of FAR 6.302. NextiraOne Federal currently provides the maintenance and support services for the Nortel SL-100 switch and all its components, which includes the CCMIS. Due to warranty coverage only NextiraOne can perform upgrades on system and the components of the system. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 15 days after date of publication of this sysnopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to the notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
