- Solicitation No. EOPOA23007, Request for Quotations for Arri Light Equipment. This is a combined solicitation/synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 13, dated 4/17/03. This procurement is a small business set-aside using NAICs Code 421690. Offerors shall quote brand name only for the following Arri parts: CLIN 0001 =Arri Light Kit 300/650 (PN: 571965), QTY 12 each; and CLIN 0002 = Arri Light Kit 1000 Watt (PN 571975), QTY 12 each. All pricing shall be fixed price F.O.B. destination to Washington, DC. Partial deliveries are not acceptable. The Office of Administration reserves the right to award by CLIN. Quotations shall indicate delivery time. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors---Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. In addition to the information required below, offerors shall provide three references with name of contact person and phone number. The provision at FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation of Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications?Commercial Items with its offer. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions?Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. The Clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes of Executive Orders?Commercial Items applies to this acquisition, including clauses 52.203-6, 52.219-8, 52.219-14, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.22-37, 52.225-3 Alternate II, and 52.232-33. Requests for copies of FAR provisions and clauses for this solicitation may be obtained from the Contracting Officer at 202-395-7670. Any order issued as a result of this solicitation shall contain the Advertising of Award Clause as follows: ?The contractor shall not refer to this award in commercial advertising, or similar promotions in such a manner as to state or to imply that the product or services provided is endorsed, preferred, or is considered superior to other products or services by the Executive Office of the President, the Office of Administration, or the White House. This includes advertising, or similar promotions, in all forms or electronic, broadcast, and print media. In addition, the contractor is restricted from reproducing the image(s) of the EOP in any form of commercial advertising, or similar promotion. This includes images of official seals and buildings. The reproduction of official seals and the images of buildings are a matter controlled by regulation and Executive Order. Any proposed usage of such symbols must be brought to the attention of the Contracting Officer.? Quotations are due no later than 12:00 noon, Monday, June 9, 2003. All quotations must be sent by fax to 202-395-3982 or by email to LRoscoe@oa.eop.gov. The entire quotation must be received by 12:00 noon in order to be considered. See Note 1.
