Description

The FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to procure on a sole source basis with Symantec CyberWolf Enterprise Software License ? Information Manager and one year of support for assessment by the USJFCOM ? Joint Battle Center located in Suffolk, VA. This acquisition is being processed under FAR Part 13, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. A firm fixed price purchase order is contemplated. The applicable NAICS code and small business size standard are, 511210 and $21M. This requirement is to provide the CyberWolf Enterprise Software License-Information Manager, Platinum Maintenance for Information Manager and 8 Managed Device Experts for one year, and Platinum Support Additional Contacts for one year. Symantec is the original and sole developer of the CyberWolf Enterprise Software License. As such, they are the only company with the requisite technical knowledge to maintain the software. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement or to submit quotes. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition based upon responses to this requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
