- General Services Administration Seeks Expressions of Interest St. Paul, MN _________________________________________________________________ REQUIREMENTS: The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease office and related space consisting of a maximum of 20,528 BOMA rentable square feet to yield a range of 16,500 to 18,500 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet (usf) and twenty-six (26) inside, secured parking spaces. The building must be handicapped accessible and must comply with GSA Fire Protection, Occupational Health and Environmental Safety Standards. The facility must have the potential for an efficient space design layout and meet the Agency?s' security requirements. LOCATION: Central Business District (CBD) as defined by the US General Services Administration below: Market Street on the west; north until it intersects 7th Street; east/northeasterly to Sibley; south to Kellogg Boulevard; and west/southwesterly to Market Street. The building submitted must be accessible to the ?Skyway? in downtown St. Paul. LEASE TERM: Ten (10) years with five (5) years firm. OCCUPANCY: Space must be available for occupancy December 1, 2003. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST should include the following and be submitted no later than June 13, 2003: 1. Building name and address 2. Available rentable square footage, floor location, and estimated rental rate per rentable square foot. 3. Floor plan 4.
