Description

NOTICE: THIS PROCUREMENT IS FOR FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. Project Name: Remove Old System, Provide and Install New Air Chiller. Project description; The work of this contract consists of replacement of existing Chiller at North Mechanical Room of the Gateway Arch structure, and associated improvements. The National Park Service, US Department of the Interior, is soliciting competitive bids for a firm, fixed-price contract to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform all operations required for the successful completion of the above named project. Work includes, but is not limited to: Removal of existing system, provide and install new air chiller with associated improvements. Contract duration is 120 days following notice to proceed. In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the price range for this contract is between $100,000 and $250,000. An organized site visit will be scheduled for all interested and qualified parties with the time and date to be announced in the solicitation. The Solicitation and attachments will be posted on electronic commerce on or about June 6, 2003 at the following website: http://ideasec.nbc.gov. Offerors wishing to receive electronic notification of changes will need to register to receive notification of this specific solicitation at http://ideas.nbc.gov. This service is provided for convenience only and does not serve as a guarantee notification. Subscribers to this service are ultimately responsible for reviewing http://ideasec.nbc.gov site for all information relevant to this solicitation. Plan holders will be required to visit this website periodically to check for amendments and other changes to the contract documents. No other notifications will be sent. Responses will be due approximately 30 days following the date of posting of the solicitation unless extended.
