- The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract on a Sole Source basis using Simplified Acquisition Procedures to CoCreate Software, Inc, 3801 Automation Way, Suite 110, Fort Collins, CO 80525. This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Request For Quotation (RFQ) number is N66604-03-Q-3021. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2000-07. NAICS Code is 541511; size standard is $21M. NUWC Division Newport intends to purchase the following items: OneSpace Engineering Collaboration Enterprise Use License, including media, I-DEAS Adapter, Unigraphics/Parasolids Adapter, OneSpace Collaboration Station License and Product Deployment services. The program requirements are Interactive Real-Time Collaboration Capability, Multi-tiered security, Firewall compatibility, support to document revision control, imports CAD data (I-DEAS, SolidWorks, CATIA), exports CAD data (I-DEAS, Solidworks), Interface collision detection and NT client access, for nine (9) months. Required period of performance is 06/01/03 through 02/29/04, F.O.B. Destination Naval Station Newport; Newport, RI. It is expected to place a purchase order with CoCreate Software, Inc. They are the only known source for these items because of existing system compatibility and interoperability requirements needed to support on-going software integration efforts. All other timely offers will be considered. Offers for other products must contain complete product information and prices. FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items applies. Evaluation will be in accordance with FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation--Commercial Items. Evaluation factors are technical capability, price and past performance. Each is equally important. A completed copy of FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items must be submitted with quote. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items, and DFARS 52.212-7001, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items apply.
