Description: This is an informal request for information (RFI) to industry. Attached is the Refuse and Recyclable material collection and disposal Statement of Work and Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan for services on Eielson AFB. This RFI is following up on the sources sought notice issued by this office on 8 May 2002, reference number 3855A. To further our partnering with the industry and to ensure the most effective and clear SOW/QASP is designed, please review and provide comments on these documents to SrA Matthew Boyd by the 2nd of June, 2003.
