Description

The Bureau of the Census is seeking sources to provide a quotation on the following items: 1. (1)Jb. DecisionPoint database set up and user training to include: one-day on-site user application training session for up to 25 users, application set-up, configuration and routine customizations, network performance testing and validation. 2. (1) ea. DecisionPoint License Fees to include: 24x7 customer-access to the DecisionPoint Technical Help Desk, direct telephone/email support during normal business hours (8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST Monday-Friday), pager notification during non-business hours and weekends, Decision Point software upgrades at no extra cost and DecisionPoint commercial warranty. Interested parties may email or fax their quote to the Point of Contact. This constitutes the entire solicitation. No solicitation document exists and requests for such will be non responsive.
