- DTCG87-03-Q-643136 ? Install Security Fencing at the U.S. Coast Guard Station Juneau, Alaska. The work includes furnishing all labor, tools, equipment and materials to demolish and dispose of approximately 320 lineal feet of fencing and gates and installing approximately 530 lineal feet of new chain link security fence with three strand barb wire, as well as one (1) 20 foot, one (1) 16 foot, one (1) 12 foot, and (3) 4 foot gates, and the installation of one light standard with multiple lights. The estimated start work date is late June 2003, with a performance period of 60 calendar days. The estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. See the solicitation for bonding requirements. This procurement is issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238990 and the applicable size standard is $12.0 million dollars in annual receipts for the past three years. All responsible small businesses may submit a quotation. This solicitation will not be issued in paper form. Solicitation documents, may be accessed for download from the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website beginning on the date of issue (estimated to be on or about 9 June 2003) at the following site: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Any amendments issued to the solicitation will be posted on this website. Prospective quoters are responsible for checking the website for amendments up to the date and time of due date for receipt of quotations. The technical data package (specifications and drawings) will only be available through a link in FedBizOpps to the Federal Technical Data Solution (FEDTeDS) website. Firms must be currently registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database and FEDTeDS database to be able to access the technical data package. Firms not having the capability to download solicitation documents may refer to a list of printers available through the CEU Juneau web site at http://www.uscg.mil/mlcpac/ceujuneau. Printers on this list can download and print drawings and other solicitation documents for a fee. A planholders list will not be available for this project from CEU-Juneau.
