- Description
- The US Air Force seeks potential sources, who are knowledged and trained to perform verification services to Air Traffic Control and Landing Systems (ATCALS), Navigational Aids Equipment, Weather Equipment, and ATC radio and associated equipment. Experience with Air Force air traffic systems is preferred but not mandatory. Services to include, but not limited to preventive maintenance, scheduled & unscheduled maintenance and can perform maintenance that may include modification, installation, and removal of these aforementioned systems/equipment in accordance with FAA and Air Force standards. Anticipated equipment list looks as follows: AN/GRN-30 ILS ? Localizer, AN/GRN-31 ILS - Glide scope, Capture Effect, AN/FRN-45 TACAN, AN/FMQ-8 Temperature/Dew point Set, AN/FMQ-13 Wind Speed and Direction Set, AN/GMQ-32 Transmissometer Set, AN/GMQ-34 Ceilometer Set, ML-17 Rain Gauge, ML-658 Digital Alfinster-Barometer, AN/GRC-211 VHF Transceiver, AN/GRC-171 UHF Transceiver, AN/TRC-176 UHF/VHF Transceiver, AN/PRC-113 Transceiver, OK-423 Control-Monitor, AN/GRR-23 VHF Receiver, AN/GRR-24 UHF Receiver, AN/GRT-21 VHF Transmitter, AN/GRT-22 UHF Transmitter, CU-2247/GR VHF Coupler, CU-547 UHF Coupler, CDD1000MRM Recorder-Reproducer, AN/GSH-72 Digital Voice Recorder, AN/FSC-127 Tower Console, ETVS VHF/UHF antennas and associated cables. The requirement for a US Clearance of Secret or the NATO equivalent is currently being considered. The government is seeking sources that can provide all of the requested services.
