Description: The purpose if this notice modification is clarify the due date of the solicitation which was changed to 5 June 2003 16:30 local time via Amendment #1 posted previously. Both volumes (Price and Past Performance) are due at that time. The past performance information could be submitted early to help accelerate the award process, but it is NOT required.
