Description: The Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supplies,medications,equpment, facilities, and liability insurance to provide a complete ambulatory healthcare services with all ancillary and support services to Native Americans residing within the defined chapter boundaries of the following communities/chapters: Counselor, Ojo Encino, Torreon/Star Lake, Cuba, Lybrook, Rincon Marcus and Tinian, New Mexico. Anticipated award will be for a twelve month period with two(2) one year options. Interested Offerors should submit their request for a copy of RFP M03-0009/PD. Closing Date: June 23, 2003, 4:00 PM (local time).
